This membership is for a Real Estate agent or Appraiser who is licensed in the State of Oregon and is the Primary Broker or Head Appraiser for their firm.

This membership is for new Real Estate agents or Appraisers who are licensed in the State of Oregon and who work under a Principal Broker or Head Appraiser, and/or are applying for Primary membership in our local association (primary means that you do not belong to another association through which you have paid State and National association dues).

This membership is for a Real Estate agent or Appraiser licensed in the State of Oregon who already has a primary association through which they have paid State and National dues.

This membership is for a person whose industry or trade is affiliated with and directly supports the real estate industry (e.g., home inspection, homeowner’s insurance, title company, videography, photography, mortgage lending, etc.).
